1. Order Processing Time
All BioDan products are freshly prepared after your order is placed to ensure maximum potency and shelf life.

3–5 business days during holidays, peak seasons, or promotional periods
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Coverage
We ship worldwide.
Free Shipping (Limited Time)
Free shipping is currently available to all destinations for a limited time. Please note that we reserve the right to discontinue this offer in the near future as part of our pricing and margin strategy. While an exact date has not yet been determined, once BioDan decides to implement shipping charges, the update will be announced via newsletter, social media, and a website banner.
We reserve the right to refuse or restrict shipments to high-risk or sanctioned countries, including but not limited to Syria, Lebanon, Iran, Afghanistan, Libya, and similar jurisdictions.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

4. Shipping Partner
Our primary shipping partner is HayPost (Armenian Postal Operator).
HayPost operates three service locations in the Greater Los Angeles area, which may allow expedited regional handling:

Tracking is provided via HayPost’s integrated API system.
Please allow 24–72 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.
Signature is required upon delivery.
5. Address Changes
Customers may request address modifications before shipment only.
Once an order has been dispatched, address changes are not possible.
For deliveries within the Greater Los Angeles area, and if timing permits, we may arrange pickup at one of the above HayPost Express locations upon request.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect address results in:

Return to sender → reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery failure or destruction → resolution will be handled at our discretion.
7. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are:

Not included in our product or shipping price

The sole responsibility of the customer
For shipments to the United States, postal imports may be subject to customs duties calculated based on declared value. Customers are responsible for covering any such charges.
Once an order has cleared export procedures from the Republic of Armenia, BioDan Organic Skincare assumes no responsibility for customs-related delays, holds, inspections, or additional charges.
Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations.
8. Temperature Sensitivity & Environmental Exposure
Our products are formulated with bio-derived and natural ingredients and are sensitive to:

Temperature fluctuations

Enclosed or poorly ventilated delivery environments
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

Someone is available to receive the package

The parcel is not left in high-heat mailboxes or outdoor exposure
We are not responsible for texture changes resulting from environmental exposure during or after delivery.
Minor texture variations do not automatically indicate product defect.
9. Lost or Delayed Packages
If a shipment is delayed, customers must allow time for carrier investigation.
Carrier investigations may take up to 45 business days, depending on destination and circumstances.
A refund or replacement will only be considered once we receive official written confirmation from the carrier that the package is declared lost.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the customer claims non-receipt:

The customer must contact the local carrier.

We will cooperate in opening an investigation.

Replacement or refund is not automatic and depends on carrier findings.
Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers subject to carrier investigation procedures.
10. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Due to the perishable and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, the order will not be eligible for refund.
11. Seasonal & Exceptional Delays
Shipping times may be extended due to:

Holiday season volume increases

Promotional campaigns

Carrier backlogs

Weather conditions

Customs congestion
We are not responsible for delays caused by external logistical circumstances beyond our control.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays or failure in delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

War or geopolitical disruptions

Government actions or restrictions

Natural disasters

Transportation interruptions

Internet or communication system failures
