1. Nature of Our Products
All BioDan products are:

Made to order immediately after purchase

Formulated with bio-derived and natural preservatives
-
Produced in small batches for maximum freshness
-
Shelf life: approximately 3–6 months
-
Sensitive to heat, cold, and environmental fluctuations
Due to their perishable and hygiene-sensitive nature, our products are not eligible for general returns.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
2. No Returns Policy (Perishable & Hygiene Exemption)
In accordance with international consumer protection principles and applicable EU exemptions regarding:

Goods liable to deteriorate rapidly

Sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons
BioDan does not accept returns once an order has been prepared or shipped.
Because our products are:

Custom-prepared after your order
-
Time-sensitive in shelf life
-
Vulnerable to environmental exposure
Returned items cannot be resold, recycled, or reintroduced into inventory.
For these reasons, all sales are final once dispatched.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided that production has not yet begun.
Once:

Production has started
-
Or the order has been shipped
Cancellation is no longer possible.
4. Damaged Items (Strict 24-Hour Reporting Rule)
If your product arrives visibly damaged:
You must:

Record a video or take clear photographs at the moment of unpacking

Show the sealed package being opened
-
Clearly display the damage
-
Submit evidence within 24 hours of confirmed delivery
Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
If the claim is verified, we will replace the damaged item.
We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet the above evidence requirements.
5. Lost Packages
A refund or replacement will only be issued if:

The shipping carrier provides certified confirmation that the package is officially declared lost in transit.
We do not issue refunds for packages that are delayed but still in transit.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information.
If:

An incorrect address is provided

The package is returned to us
We will reship the order at the customer’s expense.
If a package is destroyed due to address error not caused by the customer, we may reship at our discretion. Repeated incidents may result in account review.
7. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order:
No refund will be issued due to the perishable and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products.
8. Customs & International Orders
Once an order has cleared export procedures from the Republic of Armenia:

BioDan assumes no responsibility for customs delays, duties, seizures, or destruction.

Customers are solely responsible for complying with local import regulations.

Customs fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
9. Product Texture & Temperature Sensitivity
Due to the natural composition of our formulations:

Texture variations may occur.

Minor changes due to temperature exposure during shipping may happen.
-
These variations do not automatically indicate product defect.
Replacement will only be provided if the product is clearly defective and confirmed upon review.
10. Results & Individual Expectations
Skincare results vary based on:

Skin type

Environment
-
Routine
-
Sensitivities
We do not guarantee specific cosmetic outcomes.
Dissatisfaction based on personal results does not qualify for a refund.
11. Exceptional Cases & Partial Refunds
While our general policy is no returns, we reserve the right — at our sole discretion — to:

Offer a partial refund

Offer store credit
-
Provide replacement
in exceptional circumstances where we determine that fairness warrants accommodation.
Such exceptions:

Do not establish precedent

Do not modify this policy

Remain entirely at our discretion
12. Chargebacks & Policy Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to attempt resolution may result in:

Formal dispute of the chargeback

Submission of this policy as evidence

Restriction of future purchases
